1. Appointments & Scheduling

• All sessions are by appointment only.

• We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time for consultation and preparation.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the session fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the therapist’s discretion.

3. Payments & Packages

• Payments are due at the time of service.

• Body.Kymistry accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.

• Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

• Discounts, promotions, and memberships cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

4. Professional Boundaries

• All services provided are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual.

• Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session, full payment due, and possible refusal of future services.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries before the session.

• Body.Kymistry reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if massage is deemed unsafe or contraindicated.

• Clients experiencing illness, fever, or contagious conditions should reschedule for a later date.

6. Confidentiality

• All client information and health records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with privacy laws.

• Information will only be shared with your consent or when required by law.

7. Liability

• By receiving massage services, clients acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment and agree that Body.Kymistry and its therapists are not liable for any unintentional injury or reaction that may occur as a result of treatment.

• Clients participate in services at their own risk and are responsible for communicating their comfort levels throughout the session.

8. Memberships & Promotions

• Member discounts and promotional offers may change at any time.

• Referral rewards and rebooking discounts apply only to eligible sessions as described in current promotions.

9. Consent

By booking a session with body.kymistry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
